"Preparing successful project proposals" Workshop for UNI SLAC Women's group was held on 20-09-2022 at CBEU Headquarters, Colombo 10, from 2.00 pm to 5.00pm with 20 participants from affiliated Unions representing Postal, ICTS & Media and Banking sectors. Delegates from respective unions presented their project proposals describing the Action Plan for next four years if they receive the key positions. Depending on the skills they showed there, the office bearers were selected, as well as the audience and the participants consented.

The event was facilitated by CBEU. Com. Channa Dissanayaka, (President of Ceylon Bank Employees' union), Com. Haripriya Hettiarachchi, (General Secretary of Media Pro-Tech), Sis. Lankika Ariyasinghe (Former General Secretary of UNI SLAC Women's Committee), Sis. Gagarini Withanawasam (Former President of UNI SLAC Women's Committee), Bro. Gayan Munaweewa (The Treasurer of UNI SLAC), Bro. Sujeewa Senerath (Wedabima) were present there to grace the occasion.
